May 12th

Update to post 9:18 pm UH OH we might not be going to any tball or graduation party tomorrow depending on how Shane feels. Shane just puked in Jonathan's yard while Ted was picking up our new Jumping Sports Bounce House. Ted had to drive home with a dog PEED in seat (Sawyer peed in Ted's seat when they were there too) and with a Puke sick boy for 45 mins. They made it home and now Shane is resting watching Dreamer for the second time before I return it to Netflix. Scroll down for my post from earlier..

Today was our last skate and park day for the school year. That first picture on the left is Matthew doing the Hokey Pokey. Followed by Matthew, Colby and friends on the Merry-go-round duckies. The last small picture is Shane and Colby digging under neath the big slide (One of the only places with shade) You can click all of these small pictures to view a larger size.I convinced Ted to join me today. He picked us up some yummy Publix subs for lunch and helped with Colby and Shane. We got home and then left again quickly for Sams Club to get up supplies for our Bi-Annual SURVIVOR party! It usually falls on Mother's Day. This year we are celebrating with a American Idol season finale Party too. Another friend is hosting that one. So, we are expanding our horizons. LOL We have a few other parties and tball, graduation parties, wrapping up the end of the year with all of our activies, and all sorts of stuff to keep us busy over the next week or two. Next weekend is a Prayer Journal conference one of my best friends is teaching. I am excited about that one. My posts might be on the lite side and you all will know why. Hmm I think we still have to work on the boys bedroom too.

Suprise

Watching the Game
Last night I got my birthday present from Ted, it was an Ipod. We are learning how to put our music on it. I have to find some program to convert our homevideos so I can watch them on there too. Yesterday Ted told me we were going to meet someone for lunch to celebrate our birthday's together. I was excited and just wondered about where we were going to eat. When we got to the resturant I was a little worried because I knew that they didn't like Sushi. Ted decided we should go inside to see the menu and check out if there was anything on it that they might eat. When we got inside it was two of my good friends waiting to suprise me. Boy they did suprise me. I guess they all had been talking for a few days to get this all together. Ted ended up taking care of two little girls today 4 and 1, so their mom could suprise me. I guess he could have taken another 2 year old girl (Whose mom had to miss out) too if we had thought about it. (Sorry) He picked the girls up from their preschool and took them all to the mall, fed them lunch and let them play at one of those indoor playgrounds. Thanks everyone for my big suprise. That was very nice. Later on we had our first Tball game of the season. I have posted another video on to YOU TUBE. There is no cool music this time. Just so you could get the feel of the cheering and so on.

Happy Birthday

Hope you guys had a great day. Aunt Karen turned 29 we think and our favorite GUY Jonathan turned 40! Whoo wee! Thanks for waiting for Ted to get to work every morning. You are GREAT!!!!

May 8th

May 8th collage
I had alot going on today. Most of the time when I catch pictures of Shane and Colby it's during the time when matthew is doing his schoolwork (The morning or right before lunch) After lunch I get busy and run errands or so on so no pictures of Matthew. I don't want to favor the boys in pictures it just works out this way. I know people with kids that are different ages, and spread apart can relate to this. Just so everyone knows I'm not forgetting Matthew. Needless to say he has his eyes closed in the one picture I took of them. I'm not going to post it now because I am going to try and retake it later on another day. I haven't gotten alot done on the web but I've been making dinner for us. LOL! Ted got a break from cooking. I actually made two meals.

I have to keep every ball with ME!
Weird smile but cute enough to post

Ah I can't look
Shane must like to close his eyes when batting

Friend in you

Here is another clip for those of you who haven't checked You Tube in the past day. I posted it really late last night so some of you might have seen it already. This video is the largest I have downloaded and it might be best to turn down your volume and wait for the complete video to download. When it does you can rewind it and watch it all the way through with out it being jumpy or skipping.

May 6th

I never really took any pictures yesterday that were worth posting. Sorry to anyone who kept checking. We had Tball and Scout workday today. Matthew has to rack up those community service hours to earn his stuff. The church the scouts meet in needed some help this weekend, so Ted, Matthew and Colby helped with that while Shane, his friend and I went to Tball Pictures and Tball Practice. When we got home we found all kinds of activity on our street, someone way down the street got some trees cut down and mulched up. Another guy got a carport added on to his house. We just had to take the guys on a tricycle ride to be nosy and see all the activity.

New video link

I just posted another video on You Tube from our day yesterday. Its a larger video around 2 minutes long and the quality is supposed to be better (On youtube they must compress THE VIDEO more) You can't really see the difference in the quality. I am just putting a link on here because I know some of you have dialup and I don't want to slow down this page for you. I am going to put pictures on here probably pretty late tonight. I am also going to update the Video Page later on today and it will have a link to download the larger version of the video below.

Here is the geese family picture I mentioned yesterday (Click on the pictures to see a larger size if you want)

I also uploaded another video. I don't like this video too much but, Ted said to post it and that it was fine. The picture is still pretty grainy, that is something I'm just going to have to work on. If you prefer the larger file here is the link ------> CLICK HERE FOR VIDEO

May 2nd

During tennis today we spent some time at the park again. We saw the same Geese family as last week. I will post a picture of the geese tomorrow. Whew it was a WARM day. By the time we got home everyone was tired and ready to drink lots of water. If I have small pictures on the blog, you can click on the pictures to see a larger size. I have a new video uploaded today from the park. Click on the You Tube play button in the window for the streaming version. I think the other version is a bigger file and it might look better. (I didn't post the best quality this time around) I have the other version uploaded and you can download the video ---> CLICK HERE FOR VIDEO
Also for more videos check our Video page link in the Moore Places section off to the right.

FatBirds

So, we have had to refill that bird feeder already, and it is halfway empty again. I've included some pictures of a bird family. One is really blurry, but the red headed bird is feeding the brown ones, who can't seem to crack the nuts open themselves. It is pretty funny because if you saw the red bird she is much smaller than all of the brown birds standing around helpless with their mouths open. Ted took all of the boys camping this past weekend and I got to stay alone in the house by myself. He took the camera but was so busy he didn't take one picture and neither did Matthew. I think this is the first time I have been alone except for our Disney World Anniversary trip and the cruise we took when Shane was 20 mths. I napped and watched alot of tv and listend to old country music. I got to relax which was very nice. Today we spent pretty easy since Colby was in such a bad mood. I think if you upset his little routine any amount it takes sometime to get him back into his schedule. He was so grumpy today he ended up taking his nap really early because he wouldn't calm down about the shirt I put on him. > I refused to take it off, even though I wouldn't have minded getting him a new shirt. I just didn't want him to think he was going to get a new shirt because he cried for 30 minutes straight. Then the next time he decides he doesn't like another shirt, I'm in trouble.

April 28th

Matthew and Shane called Aggie this afternoon. We all miss her and we don't call her often enough. Shane gets so excited to talk to her. Of course Matthew does too but it is nice to see Shane want to talk to her so bad.
Please keep our nephew Lucas and especially his mom Kari in your prayers. He has been slow to gain weight and he has to go to neurologic specialist for more testing. He is a happy healthy boy, and Ted and his sisters weren't big children so hopefully Lucas is just a slow grower like them. In the meantime pray for Kari to be at peace. Its hard to be a mom these days with all the worries that are around. Also keep Aggie in your prayers. She needs to make some better grades this next 6 weeks, for high school.

Birds and Toys

We got a new birdfeeder a little while ago and we have been enjoying all of the birds that come and eat. I also found a really cool toy today for myself. I knew this was rare because I saw it once (I think 8 years ago) and didn't buy it and looked it up on ebay where it had just sold for $100 dollars. I haven't seen another one until today. I love collecting vintage playsets. I have had alot of the Fisher Price ones and sold a bunch when Matthew was young on ebay before I realized what I was parting with. Now the few pieces I have picked up at thrift stores, I probably won't get rid of them. All of the pieces I have are pretty banged up so I let the kids play with them too.

April 27th

Hi everyone! This is just a quick hello, as I am really pressed for time today. I have so much to do, like I'm sure everyone else has as well. I took this picture this morning on our way out the door. We are supposed to go camping this weekend too, so I don't know how well I will do with updating. Don't be afraid to comment. We'd love to hear that you are stopping by to see our site.

Moore chores

I am trying to catch up on the laundry and the mess that has piled up around here. Matthew needed to finish up his schoolwork so, I thought I'd give Shane's cleaning skills a try. He dusts and helps out alot but this was his first time drying dishes (With Me) I think he has helped his Grandma a few times.

Park

GooselingsATTENTION: Pictures added below
Matthew had Tennis today, and I took the boys to the park during his lesson. We usually don't go to this park, but there are tennis courts, skating ring, playground, rc race track, basketball and a lake. I think Shane wasn't even sure it was a park since we pass it about 2 or 3 times a week. Now that he and Colby know, I'm sure I won't hear the end of it. I used to take Matthew to this park at least once a week, but now we prefer some of the smaller parks, or the parks that have LESS people. Blue Slide I am posting this before we leave for Boy Scouts. Tonight the Cub Scout pack (That Matthew was a part of) is crossing over two Webelos into Boy Scouting. Tonight is a big deal in Cub Scouting. So I have to post quick. We still have to get Matthews uniform and the cameras ready. We all had fun at the park. It's HOT out here! I didn't get any pictures of Matthew AGAIN! His Tennis class is HUGE and I didn't want to take anyones picture and have some child's mom freak out since I am the Papaparazzi (I'm not sure how to spell that) I'm going to get a picture of Matthew in his full Scout uniform before we leave. I've also been trying to load pictures of Shane and Colby and it keeps messing up so I will add those later on too.
