June 21st

Just another relaxing day around the pool. Matthew, Shane and I got out to the pool while Colby was taking a nap. Colby got to join us for a little bit while I started dinner. Then we rushed off to VBS and Youth (At two different churches) Ted had to fit in a physical for camp at one of those quick drop in medical clinics tonight too, between dropping and picking up Matthew. Ted, Matthew, Shane and Colby got dinner in at 9 something. I ate some really yummy Chicken Fajitas a friend made. We got everyone picked up and dr visit done and I'm ready to go watch tv and crash.

As far as other pictures we took a whole bunch of scenery, I might post those to Flikr or sometime next month. I just don't have alot of time to devote to computer related things right now. We didn't get a whole lot of each other, I've only posted the few that I liked.

June 17th

So we are back from a quick getaway. We had a great relaxing time. I will post more pictures later on. I just have lots of unpacking and packing to do. We leave for Boy Scout camp at 6 am on Sunday morning.

Jammas

Ted calls them jammies, bed clothes and pjs. Colby calls them Jammas.

Happy Birthday Mima

Today is my Mima's birthday. (Here she is with my Aunt Dean) Mima is my moms mom. When I was growing up, we saw her just about everyday except for the years we didn't live in Texas. We also lived with her for a big chunks of my life. I hope she has a wonderful birthday. I LOVE YOU MIMA! The kids got a new game called Later Mater. He is from the movie cars. You have to put him together before the timer runs out. Here they are working together. I don't think they could put it together by themselves in time. They had to help each other. I got a clip of Shane playing around today. I know the color isn't the best. I didn't have enough light in the room.

PB Burrito

The kids have been eating peanut butter tortillas for lunch latley. They usually eat about 3 each. I fold them in half and only have peanut butter on one half of the tortilla. I know "How exciting?" but believe me if your kids are gobbling something down when they usually flip their food around or try to feed it to the dog them begging for PB Tortillas is great. Also when they eat these Colby is ready for a nap immediatley, on a normal non pb burrito day he stays up. I guess his body has to work so hard to digest all of that peanut butter. Matthew wasn't here to enjoy pb burritos, he went to work with his dad. I took a quick picture of him tonight for the blog though. Maybe tomorrow something more exciting will happen.

June 11th

I didn't get any pictures today. We taught sunday school and then fed all of the kids. Their mom and dad came to get them pretty early. Ted, Colby and I went shopping again for some flipflops. I'm looking for a cute pair with beads and I've been having trouble finding some. Later on in the early evening we all swam which is great, since the pool just gets hotter and hotter each day and pretty soon Ted won't swim with us. Shane wanted to swim so bad since yesterday and we had been holding him off all day pretty much. I caught a clip of the kids eating the sandwiches they helped their dad make. Latley the sound has been off after I load the videos on Youtube. I don't have time to figure it out now. Maybe I can try and figure it out later.

June 10th

We have had a pretty exciting day today. Ted took everyone but the littlest one to see Cars. She and I watched Noggin and just played with Sawyer. These girls LOVE Sawyer. He has had a blast with all of the kids running around. When Ted and the kids got home we ate lunch then Matthew and I took off to the library. They all liked cars by the way. The only picture I caught of Colby was a grumpy one, and thats him that starts crying at the end of the new video clip. The battery in the camera was also going dead so the picture starts to mess up at the end too. The rest of the day they played, and we all went swimming. Here are all the kids today. We also have some little girl visitors this weekend. I have posted a picture of everyone swimming (Except me I had the camera) and Colby is hiding behind someones head. I can't believe it is already June 9th. The summer is flying by. I was just trying to wrap up schoolwork not to long ago. Well everyones watching a movie now but me so I'm cutting this one short.

Bedtime

I just took these pictures right before bedtime. I have a couple of other things to post but I just don't have too much time at the moment. I had alot of errands to run and haven't been the best about pictures latley.

First Class

Matthew got his First Class rank last night at Boy Scouts. I added a quick clip of him recieving a merit badge on You Tube also. We are very very very proud of him. This time especially because he is growing up and taking more inciative on completing what he needs to do for Scouts. For those of you familiar with scouting you know those rank requirements are not just playtime. Well it looks like we won't just be sitting around this summer. I looked over our calendar and highlighted all the things we have going on (Just in JUNE so far...) Just a heads up we have alot coming up over the next month and there may even been a week or more that I won't be posting. I know I always say that but this time I really don't think I will be posting. I have gotten lots of pictures of Shane and Colby this week, but Matthew was working with his dad so not many of him. I should be posting some on Flikr later on. Blogger was down most of the day today, I've been trying to post since earlier.

Happy 5th

Today is Shane's fifth birthday. He has brought alot of laughter and excitement to our family. He for the most part is so happy all of the time and helps us have fun. Happy Birthday Shane. I can't believe my little guy is Five.
